This is a fantastic one day workshop. The day provides the fundamentals of Core Coaching Skills and offers practical knowledge, and tools that will really give you the edge, and an insight as to whether you would like to take your training to the next level. This workshop sets out the foundations of Coaching and offers a wonderful introduction into this new and fascinating world of empowering others.

Improving listening skills to hear what is the real issue
Really know which questions are the most effective and when to use them
Have a tool that will enable forward thinking and create solutions to problems
How to support others with your coaching skills, either privately or in your place of work

We have coaches trained in Supervision with the Bath Consultancy, and Mentorship who can offer this service. As a coach its paramount that you are gaining regular supervision to constantly develop your own learning, insight and skills. If you are looking for a supervisor or a mentor in the field of coaching then please email your requirements and we will recommend an appropriate person to suit you. All of our Associates access regular supervision. We can offer face to face, phone or group supervision.
