The Best Fish & Chips

And Where to get them...

I can say with real authority that the best fish and chips I have tasted are those from Rick Steins Fish & Chips shop on the Quay at Padstow.

Why I can say that is I have just had the luxury of sampling them twice (not in the same day) whilst running a bespoke Coaching Skills for Managers workshop for his dedicated team from the Seafood Restaurant.

It has been a real pleasure to work alongside managers that not only want to stretch their own personal development but are also dedicated to their organisation, and want to help their staff meet more of their potential.

Thanks to Michael Rabone, their wonderfully switched on HR Manager who they clearly wont want to fall through their net, and the participants of the days who made it so worthwhile.

Whilst there is no end to our own learning and development it is hard to think how they could possibly improve on the Fish & Chips!
