Dee Wilkinson - South West Coaching - Corporate & Executive Coaching

Dee is qualified in Personal Performance, Positive Impact Coaching and Corporate & Executive Coaching. She works both privately and for the NHS where she takes a lead role in individual coaching for Executive Directors, senior/managers and Team Leaders across the County as well as delivering Effective Team Coaching. Dee specialises in developing Leadership skills. Using a systems perspective, linked with a genuine passion and coaching presence she gets results very quickly.

Her expertise lies in her intuition along with balancing the need of the client with organisational perspective. Her strengths lie in quickly building rapport and trust to enable effective challenge to take place and develop the clients ability to deal with ambiguity and procrastination. Her style is one of common sense and being grounded, alongside empathy, understanding and natural ability.

Along with knowledge of change management Dee has had training in assertiveness skills, presentation skills, managing priorities, programme management, facilitation, conducting appraisals, recruitment and selection, Root Cause Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and trained to deliver supervision. More recently Dee has become a fully accredited user of the Team Management System (tmsdi). As part of her work she is well versed in Belbin, Myers Briggs and can also offer 360 degree appraisals.

Caroline Winter - "A Promise to Change"

Caroline is a qualified Executive Coach. She provides her clients with support for personal and strategic issues including planning for success, career moves, change, workplace relationships and many other matters.

A Police Officer for 30 years, Caroline was the first woman in her force to achieve the rank of Assistant Chief Constable. She has coached and mentored police officers and police staff from first line supervisors up to and including Chief Superintendents over the last 10 years.

Caroline is happy to coach face to face or by telephone. All discussions are in total confidence. She is also a qualified teacher, facilitator and has experience as a management consultant.

During her 30 years as a police officer with Kent Police and latterly Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, Caroline has a sound knowledge of police requirements in the following areas:

Carolyn Hooker - People Inclusive - Business and Executive Coaching

Carolyn Hooker is a business coach and mentor, she works with business owners and managers to bring about change, realise achievements and generally make businesses more successful. Whether you are in a small or large business, the private or the public sector, Carolyn understands the demands and challenges of our times; her style is to work alongside her clients and support them fully and occasionally challenge them if appropriate. She brings a wealth of experience to the role and her clients benefit from her sound coaching techniques and her considerable warmth and empathy.

Carolyn has a background in leadership and management development, training, and HR. Her experience spans 25 years, during which time she has had sound experience of working with a large range of companies from a variety of sectors, training hundreds of managers, leading senior teams, working on business development strategies and generally raising the stakes in employee engagement. She offers considerable expertise drawn from ten years spent with two International Business Schools and as a senior manager for five years in a major national learning and development company. She established her own independent company in 2004.

Carolyn holds contracts with National Training Awards, Foundation Degree Forward, and works closely with the CIPD, Investors in People and Leadership SW of Exeter University. She is a Fellow of the CIPD, the RSA, a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds a Masters degree in Management. Carolyn is a regular speaker at conferences and has published guidebooks for managers.

Ann Buckingham - annbuckinghamcoaching

Ann is a qualified Life Coach who works with individuals either face to face or by telephone and helps people to move forward when they are at crossroads in their lives

Ann has been fortunate to have had many rich experiences in her life and has always had a passion for personal development. She has held many senior executive positions in the corporate world including; College Principal, Consultant with Henley Management College, Consultant with the National College of School Leadership, President of British Junior Chamber of Commerce, Judge of the National Training Awards and has also lectured in leadership internationally

It was in her personal life, however, that led to her re-evaluating her priorities when she became both a mother & also a carer to her husband. These new roles created a huge challenge in her work life balance and inspired her to look at the future in a completely different way. She eventually felt wiser and realised that she would be able help other people facing transitions in their lives and therefore decided to qualify as a Life Coach.

Ann became part of the Tony Robbins Leadership team and qualified as a Masters Results Coach, a Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Master in Hypnosis. These qualifications have added, not only variety to Ann's coaching approaches, but also made it possible for her clients to find solutions in their lives, which can be life changing, in a surprisingly short period of time

 

Mark Robertson - Team Development - 'Diamond Facilitation'

Mark Robertson is a skilled facilitator with deep experience across the public and voluntary sector, and in an international role. He believes that 'no-one is perfect but a team can be' and is passionate about focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses, and using difference to drive performance.

He is qualified to use the Myers Briggs instrument and Margerison McCann Team Management System. As well as being an associate of South West Coaching he runs his own business, diamondfacilitation.co.uk focusing on enhancing the performance of leaders, teams and organisations.

 

Erica Lewis

Erica Lewis has extensive experience of enabling people to fulfil their potential. She is a certified Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), a Master NLP Coach and a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and hypnosis. She is a member of the American Board of NLP and of ANLP, abiding by their Code of Ethics.

Prior to setting up Inspiring Action Erica spent 20 years leading and managing local and national not for profit organisations. This included a specialist supported housing and employment provider, a Council for Voluntary Service, a national mental health charity, a central government body and an international development agency. She has a Master's degree in Management for Social Services and a Diploma in Housing.
