How
An initial assessment of your needs and current situation will be available free of charge and can take up to an hour and a half.
What
With this information a draft proposal with the terms and conditions will be drawn up to clarify the expectations of both parties, and to capture agreed measurable outcomes.
When
Approximately 4 to 6 sessions will be tailored to your needs and are usually booked as a rolling programme over a 3, 6 or 9 month period. Future sessions can be added as and when required.
Telephone consultations can be pre-arranged at an agreed time, fully confidential and provide exactly the same service. It will be your responsibility to initiate the call at an agreed time.
